How do I check the status of my order?
Go to your account option and tap on the “Orders” section under the main menu of the to check your orders and tap on the order to track its status.
Will all the order items be shipped out together?
We try to ship all products of an order together. However, sometimes few products of an order may get dispatched separately due to size or weight issues.
What should I do if I miss my delivery and it is returned?
We will try to attempt delivering your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. So if you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to attempt again. If you have missed it three times then it will be returned to us and in case of prepaid payment, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
Sorry, our system is automated to send delivery information to the warehouse. That said, you can mail us for a change of address or phone with the Order ID and we will forward it to our warehouse.
If my order value is less than ₹500, will I have to pay for shipping charges?

What should I do if the package I received was damaged?
We request you not to accept a package if it is tampered. In case you already have received and product has an issue, Please raise a refund or replacement under my order section.
